After managing a popular restaurant and bar here on St. George Island, Patrick and Jessica Sparks opened up Paddy's Raw Bar three years ago. That wasn't all they started as they began adding to their family as well! Paddy's and it's customers have all become part of the Sparks extended family. Doc Myers' Island Pub & Sports Bar.  We are a Tiki Bar in paradise where people of all ages come to have fun and hang out whether you are watching your favorite sports team, playing trivia, video games, or one of our outside activities like corn hole or (for the young at heart) playing with water guns.  We have it all from music to an outdoor fire pit where you can simply sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  A wide range of food and beverages (including your favorite “boat drink”) will be available for your pleasure.
