Oyster City Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by Cassie Gary, Susan Gary, Rex Humphries and Bo Walker. Cassie, Susan and Rex, owners of Apalachicola’s Owl Cafe & Tap Room, have long shared a passion for fine wine and craft beer. Combine that with Bo’s experience in the brewing industry, and you have the recipe for a dedicated, ambitious craft brewery. Seeds planted through years of experimentation and small-batch tinkering have borne fruit in the form of three unique brews to date – Apalach IPA, Hooter Brown Tupelo Honey Ale, and Mill Pond Dirty Blonde Ale. Seasonal beers are also in the works, and OCBC is now brewing delicious craft beer seven days a week. Doc Myers' Island Pub & Sports Bar.  We are a Tiki Bar in paradise where people of all ages come to have fun and hang out whether you are watching your favorite sports team, playing trivia, video games, or one of our outside activities like corn hole or (for the young at heart) playing with water guns.  We have it all from music to an outdoor fire pit where you can simply sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  A wide range of food and beverages (including your favorite “boat drink”) will be available for your pleasure

Paddy’s recently celebrated our 3rd anniversary, and we celebrated with lots of familiar faces! Our goal all along has been to create a place that we would want to hang out with our friends, drink some cold beer and eat delicious Apalachicola Oysters. We are always trying to improve and have added lots of new preparations for the oysters as well as a few new menu items. Thanks for supporting us.
